When EVERYONE under one roof treats you like family, theres something intentional about that. Theres something special here. When my dream bike got released, they sprang into action to get it coming. I can be insistent, obsessive, overthinking, over-thorough, and impatient when it comes to a new bike. And they were there for me for every need. Phone calls, texts, questions/answers, etc. From the parts department, to apparel, to service, to the paperwork, the people working with me treated my every request as if they were personally invested in it.
