Customer Service Done Right!
My husband and I are so grateful and appreciative of the wonderful welcome and top tier customer service we always receive when we walk in the door at Great River Harley. The authenticity and down-to-earth demeanor of everyone we encounter is second to none. Whether we are just stopping in to check out the clearance clothing racks, or making a special trip to pick up our new CVO, we know we will always be met with the same kindness and courtesy they strive to provide. During our recent CVO purchase, Symon knocked it out of the park with great communication and unwavering patience. When it came time to sign the final paperwork, I felt extremely comfortable with the price we got and the financing options Symon laid out for us. He even took care of the licensing and registration. The whole process was painless. Trevor was fantastic at anticipating our needs and treating us like dear friends. It's important to us to shop locally whenever we can, and we are lucky to have such a reputable Harley Davidson so close to home. The family-friendly culture that Brody and his crew have created is obvious, as our nine month old son was greeted with smiles and adoration by employees and patrons alike.
