From the first phone call with Matthew to Symon calling me back. My wife and I couldn't be more satisfied than we are. I don't even think Matthew was afraid of the fact that my wife had never stepped foot on a bike till the day we came in and she went with me. I blame Symon for the 2023 we left with and were content with the 2019 we test rode. Just kidding man! We love it! I own a business myself and I am with my team a lot on the floor like Brody is. That made me happy to see that. Lori helped my wife on some apparel decisions and eyewear that she really likes.
